La voie de l’exigence
Didier de Courten
“The destiny of nations depends on the way they feed” said Anthelme Brillat-Savarin in his Physiology of taste. If that is true, the fate of the Swiss nation rests with Didier de Courten, head of the Terminus restaurant in Sierre, two-star Michelin and 19-points Gault & Millau. This Valais child, voluble, demanding and passionate, tells us about his Switzerland: made of terroir, solidarity and transmission.
The Diplomat for Humanity
President, International Committee of the Red Cross, Geneva

He has been President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) since 2012 and is responsible for over 17,500 employees around the world.

The Sun is the Limit
Founder and Pilot, SolarStratos
When Raphaël Domjan receives you in the shed of SolarStratos, you first notice his light blue and piercing eyes. They seek your gaze, plunge deep into yours and awaken the child’s soul that you tried to bury. Raphael is a mixture of humanity and determination, kindness and seriousness. His project is the anti-Icarus: use solar energy to fly to the edge of space. This is how this eco-explorer intends to prove to the world that we can get rid of fossil fuels.
